Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run your workspace:
- Account details — email address, password hash, and workspace membership/role.
- Billing information — license redemption records, not full card numbers (payment processing is handled by our payment provider).
- Usage data — request history, credit consumption, and job results so you can review past scrapes, crawls, and extractions from the Jobs page.
- Connected provider & proxy keys — stored encrypted at rest. Once saved, only a key's prefix and last 4 characters are ever shown again in the UI; the plaintext value is never displayed a second time.
2. What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't read the content of pages you scrape beyond what's necessary to run and debug the Service. We don't share your connected AI provider or proxy credentials with anyone other than the provider you connected them to, solely to fulfill your requests.
3. Third parties
When you use Extract mode, the page content is sent to the AI provider you connected (Anthropic, OpenAI, or your own Ollama instance) to perform extraction — subject to that provider's own privacy terms. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider that never shares full card details with us.
4. Data retention
Job history and results are retained for as long as your workspace is active so you can review past runs. You can delete individual job results, and you can request full account deletion at any time, which removes your account data and connected keys from our systems.
5. Security
Sessions are cookie-based with CSRF protection. API keys are shown once at creation and stored hashed; connected provider and proxy keys are encrypted at rest. We recommend rotating API keys periodically from the Developers page.
6. Your choices
You can export or delete job history from the Jobs page, remove connected provider keys from Integrations at any time, and revoke API keys instantly from Developers. Contact support through your workspace to request a full data export or account deletion.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
